Grading at PCHS

Student are graded on a 50 - 100 point scale. We consider passing (mastery)at 75%. Students can also be given an INC, which means incomplete. INC indicates where a student did not score a 50 % on an assignment/assessment or did not do an assignment/assessment.

We have a conversion to a 4 point GPA scale from the 50-100 percentage scale. That is below:

100-97 - 4.0

96-93 - 3.8

92-90 - 3.67

89-87 - 3.33

86-83 - 3.0

82-80 - 2.67

79-77 - 2.33

76-73 - 2.0

72-70 - 1.67

69-67 - 1.33

66-63 - 1.0

62-60 - .67

59-50 - 0
