PCHS is delighted to announce that Taylor Folsom has earned first-place in the 2021 Bill Taylor Essay Contest as part of the 2021 Camden Conference on "The Geopolitics of the Arctic: A Region in Peril." Her work, "You Cannot Buy Lost Cities: The Arctic, the Next Atlantis" will be published and she will be honored with a monetary award.
